Patients' comments and suggestions are welcomed. A "Comments and Complaints" box is situated at the entrance for your contributions.
We always try to give patients the best services possible but there may be times when you feel that has not happened. Our practice complaints procedure is available on demand from the front desk. If you are making a complaint please initially write to our manager. This will not affect your right to complain to the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) should you wish to do so.
