Enhanced access
There are GP services open to all patients in the borough running 7 days a week in Hammersmith and Fulham. You can book an appointment from your own practice with a GP practices in the network in the evening or at the weekend.
During the practice’s opening hours, you can call and ask the receptionist to book an appointment at one of these sites for an evening or weekend appointment.
On Saturdays, pre-bookable practice nurse appointments are also available which can be booked through the practice.
Please note that using these services will not affect your registration with the practice.

Urgent care centres
Urgent care centres are an alternative to A&E. They are centres that treat minor injuries and illness that require urgent treatment that cannot be seen by your registered GP.

NHS 111
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Emergencies – 999
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Disabled Parking – Blue badge scheme
The Blue Badge scheme is for people with severe mobility problems. It allows Blue Badge holders to park close to where they need to go.
Blind/Partially sighted
If you or family members are blind or partially sighted we can give you large print of our practice leaflet upon request. Please ask Reception for further information.
