In 2024-2025 South Fulham Primary Care Network (PCN), of which The Fulham Medical Centre is one of the seven GP practices, was contractually required to run a patient survey designed by North West London Integrated Care Board (NWL ICB). For 2025-2026 the PCN was required to do another survey to identify further gaps and work alongside patients to understand your issues and suggestions. However, for this survey the PCN was able to create the survey questions ourselves.
The survey ran from 19th January to 15th February 2026, with over 2800 responses received.
Below is an infographic highlighting some of the key findings from the survey. There is also a roadmap for detailing what the PCN will be doing to support improving access in the upcoming months.
