Training practice

Students

Every year undergraduate medical students are accepted for general medical training. Students may sit in with the doctors as part of a consultation. If you would prefer not to have a student present in the consultation then please do inform the receptionist or clinician. We do urge our patients to support our young medical students and allow them to be part of the consultation process.

We are proud to announce Dr Pearson won GP teacher of the year from Imperial College in 2014 and was also awarded a teaching excellence award for her fantastic contribution to medical undergraduate training.

Research

The practice is accredited as ‘research ready’ by the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP). This enables the team and patients to get involved in primary care research.

We are committed to innovate and experiment in the best interests of patient care. We are regularly involved in recruiting for various research opportunities and we encourage all our patients to support these studies.
