Amazing practice. Can always get an appointment and speak to a doctor. Reception staff are very helpful and always get back to you when needed. The doctors here are the best in Fulham

I have been with the practice more than 25 years and In these difficult times for the NHS , this practice has always treated me with empathy and respect .I have had several illnesses since having Covid 3 times and continue to appreciate their support and hard work

Excellent caring practice

My family are registered here and have always had brilliant care. Yes they are busy (as are all surgeries) but they listen to us, get us appointments at the hospital when we need them and we have total faith in them. The reception team helped us chase hospital results and phoned us a few times to keep us informed of the progress of my tests. I cannot thank them enough as it’s so important to have a GP surgery who cares and is clinically excellent.

Friendly helpful service ,from reception to seeing the doctors . They have helped me so much over the last 18 months with follow up hospital referrals and support appointments. Patch’s form on their website is a great way of getting an appointment within 24-48 hours and is a simple easy process to complete.

I have been meaning to leave this review for a while but life/health has got in the way. I have needed to use the GP practice more over the past year and have found the Reception team to be brilliant. They have gone the extra mile for me on a number of occasions, recognising my stress and not adding to it, making sure I get the medication I need when I need it. Thank you!

The staff working in this practice are exemplary. They are working under so much pressure in the most appalling conditions, doing their best to deliver care to everyone, particularly those who need it most. They need more resources and support.

Ruth is been going to the doctors for God knows how many years it’s a great surgery. All the doctors can’t do enough for her and when she goes for her diabetic check up every six months, Nicola and Sam are great with ruth always make her feel at ease.
Reception are fantastic and work very hard and always put their selfs out to talk to Ruth.

I have got nothing but good to say about this Doctors. I’ve been with them 6 years now and they have taken the upmost care of me, always taking my concerns seriously and acting as fast as possible. Particularly Dr Pearson who is very caring, but individually I’ve received very helpful service from all the doctors.
I feel that when I call up they will look after me well which is exactly what you want.

Genuinely one of the best practices I have come across in a while. A big thank you to reena for always going above and beyond and being so sweet and helpful. The surgery is lucky to have you.

This surgery does not get enough appreciation for the hard work of all staff and doctors. This is their job , just like anyone else you never want to be abused everyday at work.

There is always a way of seeing or speaking to someone. People don’t like it when they don’t get their way and the surgery goes down for it. I have been in that waiting room myself with my children and the abuse and lack of respect staff experience is disgusting. I can’t imagine how much of it they get every day , there’s only so much you can handle.

If people think this surgery is bad , other surgeries will shock you.

Outstanding practice! I first registered in Jan 21 and did have some complex medical things going on at the time . The practice made and continue to do so assist me through my ongoing requirements . The GPS and practice nurses I have found to be so knowledgeable and professional in both treatment required and their advice. This has been made so much easier with the excellent service from the reception staff ( I am really surprised to see some slightly negative comments about Fulham medical centre as it’s certainly not been my experience ) I have always found the reception to be very polite , professional and willing to assist ,They are always courteous to myself and what I like is they speak with you genuinely, not ‘computer says no ‘ attitude .On the couple of occasions they are unable to assist ( due to concerns not being in their remit ) they have always offered very good advice and suggestions towards achieving a solution. I have also witnessed ( unfortunately) professional approach and restraint from them when perhaps a frustrated ‘service user’ (?) has become abusive . If I Amy take this opportunity to thank Gill and Safa ( as well as every other staff member ) for their service . Should this practice have to close ( land is being sold ) it will be a huge loss to the community and it’s many registered people . I also find the website very user friendly ( repeat prescription/ appointment booking etc ) and have never been let down and always been advised in plenty of time of any changes to appointments/ medication .Thank you all at Fulham Medical Centre , keep up the excellent standard you provide ………………. Only improvement I could suggest is tea and biscuits on arrival ,

Wonderful service and no communication problems. Doctors always ring back. Some receptionists used to be very abrupt but I have only had charming, efficient and really helpful service recently on calls and in person.
